The
Report:
The Building Analysis
Report is a 19 page computer generated report that is concise
and easy to read and follow with a summary page listing any
major problems with the property. This custom narrative report,
due to its complexity, cannot be prepared on site. However,
it will be mailed to the client in a timely manner, usually
within 24 hours.
If
the Report Reveals Problems:
No
house is perfect. If the inspector identifies problems, it
doesn't mean that you shouldn't buy the house, only that you
will know in advance what to expect. A seller may adjust the
price or make repairs if major problems are found.
